Two machines have left our site this month on their way to premium products manufacturers:
The beauty – a 90 mm small manufacturing scale for micronization of fresh specialty herbs for the cosmetic industry. This machine is compact, versatile, easily assembled and operated by one person. Yet, it is equivalent in capacity to a 200 mm conservative jet mill. It will efficiently mill small R&D samples as well as 50 kg batches.
The Beast: a 330 mm machine, with capacity of 200 kgs per hour. This will be the third machine installed in this site, processing ingredients for premium baby formula.
Both machines are equipped with our signature No-Venturi feeding system, capable of feeding 5-10 mm particles without pre-milling.
